The up to $2,400 cash offer (the “Cash Offer“) is applicable to existing TD customers who are recipients of the Cash Offer email and cannot be transferred.
The Cash Offer is available to existing TD customers who:
Receive this offer directly from TD;
Are Canadian residents and are the age of majority in their province or territory of residence, as of March 10, 2025;
Open a new TD Savings account, either TD ePremium Savings Account, or TD Every Day Savings Account or TD High Interest Savings Account between March 10, 2025 and April 30, 2025 (the “New Savings Account“) or have an existing TD Savings account, either TD ePremium Savings Account, or TD Every Day Savings Account or TD High Interest Savings Account (the “Existing Savings Account“); and
Deposit or transfer a minimum of $10,000 or more directly into the New Savings Account or Existing Savings Account from another Canadian financial institution(s) (the “Cash Transfer“) noting:
The Cash Transfer(s) must be in the New Savings Account or Existing Savings Account by no later than April 30, 2025;
Only Cash Transfer(s) made into the New Savings Account or Existing Savings Account between March 10, 2025, and April 30, 2025, will be used to determine the Cash Transfer bonus tier. Any deposit(s) or transfer(s) made into the New Savings Account or Existing Savings Account before March 10, 2025, and after April 30, 2025, will not count toward Cash Transfer bonus tier;
Transfers originating from existing TD accounts do not qualify for the Cash Offer;
The Cash Transfer must be maintained in the New Savings Account or Existing Savings Account for a minimum of 120 days (August 28, 2025) from the deposit cutoff date April 30, 2025;
The balance of the New Savings Account or Existing Savings Account at the end of April 30, 2025, will be the “Qualifying Balance” that will be eligible to earn the Cash Offer; and
If a customer withdraws or transfers out of the New Savings Account or Existing Savings Account at any time between May 1, 2025, and August 28, 2025, such withdrawn or transferred out amounts will be subtracted from the Qualifying Balance. The customer may still be eligible to earn a lower cash reward, provided the customer meets a Cash Tier Minimum of $10,000.00 until August 28, 2025.
The Cash Offer will be awarded based on the cash amount deposited or transferred from another Canadian financial institution(s) into the New Savings Account or Existing Savings Account between March 10, 2025 and April 30, 2025 and maintained until August 28, 2025, for a maximum of $2,400 in total per eligible customer.
The up to $2,400 Cash Offer will be deposited to the New Savings Account or Existing Savings Account within 12 weeks after all required conditions have been met, provided that the New Savings Account or Existing Savings Account is open, and in good standing.
The following are not eligible to earn the up to $2,400 cash offer:
Customers who received any Savings account Cash Transfer offers from TD within one year prior to the start of this Cash Offer (on or after March 10, 2024).
For any New Savings Account or Existing Saving Account that is a joint account, at least one account holder on the New Savings Account or Existing Saving Account must meet the eligibility requirements. This offer is limited to a maximum of $2,400 per eligible account, with a limit of one (1) eligible account per customer.
